My name is Leon Adam Burch. I was born in Philadelphia, PA. I’m the youngest of four remaining living children. Although I was born in Philly, most of my life was spent in Kannapolis, NC. I went to A.L. Brown High School where I played high basketball for a couple of years. I graduated in 2002 with a 3.9 GPA and went to Temple University on a full scholarship. On August 24, 2003 I was locked up and I have not been out since.
On a more intimate note, I love to read; I read everything from fantasy to romance. I also love doing math and brainteaser puzzles. I work out about 4 times a week. I play basketball and jump rope to keep up my cardio. I work as a HVAC technician for the NCDOC System. I love to eat and sleep, and watch old movies. One of my joys is listening to R & B on the radio. My favorites are Usher, R. Kelley, and Anthony Hamilton. My most important joy in life is Jesus Christ. I am a Christian and I thank God for the second chance He has given me.
I am looking for someone who has a good heart. Someone who is kind and caring, who has a lot of patience. I need a person who can be above all, a good friend to me; and be supportive as I go about my incarceration. I have a wonderful family who will always be there for me but it is good to have people who care for you without any obligations. I’m not without faults or flaws, and in no way am I looking for a perfect person. All I ask is that you be yourself because that is what I will be. I hope to hear from you soon God bless you for taking the time to read my bio.
