My Biography

I’m young but I have an old soul. I’m also easygoing and easy to talk to. I’m not perfect, but I aspire to be, so growth and development are both very important to me. I am trying to be the best version of myself that I can possibly be so I can be the best father possible for my beautiful daughter because she is my world! She’s my bright light through all this darkness.

I’m actually on a unit designed for young fathers. I take different parenting classes throughout the week designed to help me be an active, functional father behind the wall as well as be the best I can be when I get out. I’m also a very musical person so when I’m not in classes I like to listen to music, as well as write my own songs and poetry. I don’t aspire to be some rapper, it is more of an outlet I use to vent and express myself. I like to write about pain and struggles and a little bit of love, not the same things that led me and others to prison.

I may be a felon now but when I was home I was actually a positive person in my community. I was one of the leaders of the PEACEFUL protests for BLM in my city and a few neighboring towns. We were on our way to making a difference trying to unite the city and change the narrative until I caught this case.
