Being seen as an outcast from the free world, and being considered amongst the worst of the worst doesn’t make feelings any painless. I definitely don’t feel like I’m in that category, and know that I still have a lot of good to offer in this world. Whether it’s being a positive influence in someone else’s life, creating worthwhile relationships, or something as simple as bringing a smile to someone’s day. Time is too valuable to be squandered on people with no interest in creating good connections. I’m far from being a finished product, and to think that I have it all figured out would be ignorant of me. I’m always open to learning, whether it be new ideas, what makes you “you”, or getting to know someone that I have absolutely nothing in common with. If we share likes and dislikes, then good vibes, but if we don’t, no qualms, you can always learn a lot from someone else’s journey and point of view. I don’t have a specific type, if we vibe, we vibe. I’m easy going and easy to get along with, but have very little patience for complaining. Especially if you’re complaining and not doing anything to improve the situation. If you have the energy to complain, you have the energy to make a change. There’s very few things that can make me lose my cool, or blow my high, but complaining is near the top of that list. Want to know what is at the top? Then hit me up. I’m not a poet, artist, or storyteller. I’m just a humble man, easy going man, that’s seeking a woman that wants to experience something real. I’m not looking for a quick fix. I’m interested in building a friendship that has the potential to progress into something more. I haven’t given up on love, the highest vibration in life. I need a balance of personality, sense of humor, and ambition to form a connection. I’m not the type to tell you what you want to hear, that’s not my style. I won’t be brutal! Genuine and direct, sometimes to a fault, that’s who I am. I also need someone to call me out when I’m not handling my business. I’m interested in meeting people from all over the world, not limited to the U.S. Music is a great passion in my life, and has gotten me through some of my most difficult times, and is still helping me today. I’m not a snob, and will give any genre a chance. Good music is undeniable, but I love Reggae. It helps keep things in perspective and puts me in a good headspace. There’s a style of Reggae for every occasion, and most of my best moments in life have had a connection to Reggae. Also, there’s few things that are more captivating than a woman that knows what she’s doing, dancing/whining to some sweet Reggae music. From dance hall, to culture, to Reggae, it’s the beat of my heart. Growing up, traveling was another passion of mines, and I was fortunate to be able to explore some of our beautiful planet. There’s a lot of places, including South America and Africa, that I wanted to visit but never did. No regrets though, because I did grow up in the Caribbean, and that alone was better than any other place that I’ve been to. The U.S. Virgin Islands, St. Thomas is my home. I’ve also visited many other islands throughout the Caribbean and despite what you may have heard, no two islands are the same. They all have their own vibe. Different lingo, different traditions, different everything, but all special in their own way. No matter where I go in life, I’ll always be an island bwoy at heart. I do believe in finding good in any situation, no matter how hopeless it may appear. I also try to do something positive with my time, so recently I’ve spent some time blogging.
